Allison Allen

After graduating from the prestigious acting program at Carnegie Mellon University, Allison landed on Broadway in the revival of Grease – and stayed there through 650 performances! Allison does a fair amount of coaching with pro athletes and celebrities, and taught at Saddleback Church’s 2007 worship conference. For years her passion has been Mary Magdalene, whose story, as Allison puts it, “rolled around in my soul.” She turned that passion into a full-fledged theatrical production: Magdalene, which recently enjoyed a five-week run in California. But the role Allison cherishes the most is being a wife and mother. She is astonished at the work of grace God has done in her life “behind the curtain.” Allison and her family live in Tennessee.
