Roger Twitchell

Roger has been serving the Lord through Tyro Christian Church since 1991 as an Evangelist to Hispanics.  He grew up here in Tyro, Kansas and graduated from Caney Valley High School in 1986.  He then attended Ozark Christian College and graduated from there in 1991.

Elaine is from Salem, Indiana and a graduate of Purdue University.  She attended Ozark Christian College for 1 year upon finishing her studies at Purdue University.

Roger & Elaine met while attending Ozark Christian College and were married on August 31, 1991.  They have two beautiful daughters.

In May of 1992, the Twitchell's moved to Tegucigalpa, Honduras where they worked on planting a church until November of 2000.  After returning to the U.S. they helped the Christ's Church of Orongo which is located just outside of Joplin, Missouri, begin a Spanish ministry. In July of 2004, the Twitchell's moved to San Jose, Costa Rica to begin work on Church planting and leadership development called Puente Ministries.  You can visit them at their website by clicking on the logo below.
